Ralph has over 28 years of global, Asia Pacific and local traditional and digital agencies experiences. He has been serving as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (AIM) since 2017.
 
Ralph is a co-founder of a social media agency group - CMRS Group. He has led this award-winning agency in achieving tremendous business growth in Greater Bay region from 2008 to 2020. He has also served as the Greater China Digital Director of MindShare, managing digital media teams of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan from 2004 to 2006. He has received “2015 Digital Marketer of the Year” by AIM and became the first batch of Certified Digital Marketer endorsed by AIM.
 
Ralph actively participates in various consulting bodies of HKSAR Government and is the board member of several NGOs.

Kaho is a Hong Kong-based video content creator, producer and director who brings over 18 years’ experience in film, TV, commercials, music, fashion and art, experimenting visual art through different platforms. He started his career as an independent film director after studying at the School of Visual Art in New York. Kaho was the co-founder of Visualution Labs which has won numerous marketing awards including Marketing Magazine’s Agency of the Year Awards – Production Agency Of The Year for consecutive years. He established Photoplay Limited in 2020 to create a brand new business solutions in providing visual content marketing, drawing on the pool of talents from TV and film industries including producers, AR/VR/MR experts, scriptwriters, cameramen, animator and illustrators, to tap into marketers’ growing hunger for quality video content.

Jansen runs his own social media and digital marketing consultancy business, building on his diverse perspective in digital and social media marketing over the years. He joined Agenda Hong Kong in 2009 to build a social media arm for the WPP-owned digital agency and ran social media and digital campaigns for clients such as Air New Zealand, 7-Eleven and Starbucks. Jansen later worked at CMRS offering clients data analytic and consultancy services, and was Director, Social Business Strategy at GroupM where his team managed all paid social in the media agency group. He was Director of Social Media at Apple Daily, responsible for the infrastructure of group’s social media operations.
 
Jansen runs a blog on digital and social media marketing news and analysis, as he keeps close tab on key trends and technologies.

A musician turned adman, Rudi's 28+ years advertising career began as a copywriter, then a creative director and digital/social media specialist. He worked at an array of international ad agencies Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Bates, TBWA\HK, Carat, Wunderman and DDB. His works won and have been shortlisted in numerous international and local creative awards including Cannes, Spikes, Ad Fest, EFFIES and Kam Fan Awards. He also hosted the position as Digital Chairman & education exco of HK4As, exco member of HKAIM, Alumni Advisory Board member of HKUST MBA. In 2014, HKAIM Media Convergence Awards elected Rudi as Digital Marketer Of The Year. In 2016, Rudi founded Hungry Digital, a social-first creative agency. Rudi published two books, Social ROI and Advertising For Dummies; both were top-selling business titles in Hong Kong. His appearance as a keynote speaker at various conferences includes Ad:Tech, Social Media Week, SES, ClickZ Live, HKAIM, TEDx and more.
