Linda Choy Corporate Affairs Director of MTR Corporation Limited Linda has been the Corporate Affairs Director and a member of the Executive Directorate of the MTR Corporation Limited since 2 March 2020. She is responsible for overseeing the Company’s stakeholder engagement activities, external communications and its corporate responsibility functions. Linda has extensive experience in public affairs and communications, public engagement and journalism. She started her career in 1992 as a reporter for the South China Morning Post (‘SCMP’) and later joined the HKSAR Government as an Administrative Officer, holding a number of positions in various policy bureaux between 1998 and 2004. Linda rejoined SCMP as its China News Editor in 2004 and was later promoted to News Editor before she took on the position of Director, Government Relations of Hong Kong Disneyland Management Limited (‘HKDML’) in 2007. In 2008, she left this role and was appointed by the HKSAR Government as the Political Assistant to the Secretary for the Environment until 2012, after which she rejoined HKDML as its Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs, a position which she held from 2013 to January 2020. Linda is currently the Chairperson of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Hong Kong Limited and was formerly the President of Hong Kong Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions Limited and the Vice-chairwoman of Lantau Development Alliance Limited. Linda holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Communication (Journalism) from the Hong Kong Baptist University, a Master of Science degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom and a Master of Arts degree in Buddhist Studies from The University of Hong Kong.

Wing-chung Law Co-founder of Jervois One Chung, an award-winning journalist, has worked in the news industry for over 12 years. He joined the HKSAR Government and served as the Political Assistant to the Financial Secretary in 2012. He resigned in 2016 and assisted Mr. John Tsang Chun-wah in the Chief Executive 2017 election. He started his own consulting service on public affairs and public relations afterwards. Chung often hosts radio/TV programmes for RTHK and NowTV. He received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Journalism degree from the University of Hong Kong. He was a visiting journalist fellow of the Reuters Institute of Journalism in Oxford University.

Clara was honoured as “Distinguished Professional of the Year” by Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association at the 2014 Hong Kong PR Awards, as well as Hong Kong PR Agency Head of the Year 2014 by MARKETING Magazine. She’s one of the most awarded PR professionals in Hong Kong, having won numerous regional and local campaign awards across various industry categories, and almost the entire spectrum of specialty categories. She has been active in advising major PR industry bodies, including her role as a founding board member of The Council of Public Relations Firms, past President (2003-2005) and current advisor of the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals’ Association. Outside of work, she actively contributes to her community. She is Vice-Chairperson of the Governing Committee of the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service, a co-opted member of the Council of Hong Kong Red Cross, and a member of the Council of the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, the Hong Kong Museum Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Advisory Committee on Communications and Public Affairs, and Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Advisory Panel for M. S. Sc in Corporate Communications. She has also been a co-opted member of Hong Kong Consumer Council’s Trade Practices and Publicity and Community Relations Committee for 12 years.
