In collaboration with the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals' Association (PRPA), a series of three workshops is organised to enhance and refresh the knowledge and skills of PR and Corporate Communications practitioners through experience sharing.


* Participants who attended all three workshops will be awarded a certificate in "Applied Corporate Communications" co-issued by HKGCC & PRPA.


Workshop 1: Crisis Communications and Brand/Reputation Management


The PR workshop focuses on equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage both corporate reputation and crisis situations. The programme will cover crisis prevention, crisis handling, and post-crisis recovery, with a strong emphasis on timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Real-world case studies will be used as valuable learning tools, providing practical insights. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to explore the significance of reputation management and learn techniques to build, protect, and restore a positive image. As a highlight, the workshop will showcase MTR Corporation, a Gold Award winner in Brand/Reputation Management of the 5th Hong Kong Public Relations Awards 2023, as a winning case study.
