Workshop 2: Crisis Management and Communication in Action

Considering the increasing public expectations, social media influence, geopolitical shifts, and climate change, organizations now face a greater demand for strong crisis management and communication capabilities.

In times of crisis, it is essential for an organization to quickly assess the situation, take decisive actions to minimize damage, maintain stakeholder confidence, and ensure that business operations continue.
