The Kowloon-Canton Railway Through Train (Ktt) was the first double-deck train in Hong Kong. It commenced its service between Hung Hom, Dongguan and Guangzhou in 1998, an efficient connection between the Mainland and Hong Kong, providing journeys for cross-boundary passengers.
As members of the PRPA, a private tour has been arranged for you and your friends to meander through the historical journey , exploring railway treasures from different eras and enjoy those inspiring railway stories from those retired trains.
"The 'Ktt' holds valuable historical significance and I am delighted to witness its inclusion in the 'Station Rail Voyage' exhibition," said Ms Mable Chan, Secretary for Transport and Logistics, the honorable guest for the opening ceremony.
Apart from the "Ktt" exhibition, various exhibits from the past enriches your understanding of the railway culture. Come and join the tour, let the "Ktt" bring everyone back to the days !
